Munkittrick Associates recently completed a comprehensive architectural preservation study for the Eclectic Society of Phi Nu Theta House (1907) on the campus of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. The Greek Revival structure, designed by architect Henry Bacon (who would go on to design the Lincoln Memorial a little more than a decade later), served as the grandest of private fraternity houses on Wesleyan’s campus for more than sixty years.
